Fire-Kissed Since 2019

Fuego Street was built on one idea: street food that tastes like it belongs in a fine dining kitchen. We grind, smoke, pickle, and press every item from scratch โ€” no shortcuts, no freezer bags.

Every truck, every shift, every bite is Marco Rivera's obsession made real. We don't just cook โ€” we perform. Every plate is crafted to surprise, comfort, and leave a lasting memory. This isnโ€™t fast food โ€” itโ€™s an experience served on the street.
