Fuego Street was built on one idea: street food that tastes like it belongs in a fine dining kitchen. We grind, smoke, pickle, and press every item from scratch โ no shortcuts, no freezer bags.
Every truck, every shift, every bite is Marco Rivera's obsession made real. We don't just cook โ we perform. Every plate is crafted to surprise, comfort, and leave a lasting memory. This isnโt fast food โ itโs an experience served on the street.

Marco buys his first truck with $18,000 in savings. Week one: sold out of 50 burgers in under 3 hours. Word spread fast.
COVID hit hard, but Fuego pivoted to contactless pickup and online ordering. Demand never dropped โ it grew.
Voted "Best Food Truck" by City Eats Magazine. Menu expanded to include tacos, wraps, and the now-legendary truffle fries.
The demand was too high for one truck. Fuego Street #2 launched with a full team of 6 and expanded to 4 city locations.
Fuego Street launches catering and events division, new menu items, and this website โ because fire deserves to be seen.
