Ordered the Taco Fiesta combo for 4 people and everyone was blown away. The brisket tacos are an absolute must. We'll be back every week!

The Diablo Burger is not for the faint of heart — but if you love heat, this is your burger. The ghost pepper sauce is incredible. Fuego has permanently ruined other burgers for me.

4 stars only because there was a 20-minute wait on a busy Friday. But once I got the food? Worth every second. The chili cheese fries and horchata combo is perfect. Will definitely return.

The Fuego truck has become our Friday ritual. The spicy shrimp tacos are absolutely divine. And the Chili Lemonade is the most refreshing drink I've ever had at a food truck.
