Do you accept walk-up orders or only pre-orders? βΌ
We accept both! Walk-up orders are welcome at our truck during operating
hours. Pre-orders via our website get priority and a guaranteed time slot β great for lunch crowds.
How far in advance should I book catering? βΌ
We recommend 2β4 weeks for weekend events and at least 1 week for weekday
bookings. For large events (200+ guests) or weddings, booking 1β3 months ahead ensures your date is
secured.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions? βΌ
Absolutely. We have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options on our menu.
For catering events, we can create custom menus to accommodate any dietary needs β just let us know when
booking.

What payment methods do you accept? βΌ
We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo
at the truck. For catering bookings, we require a 50% deposit upfront (by card or bank transfer) with the
balance due on event day.
